Loose iPhone Silent button

My iPhone is about a month old and now I find that they silent button is a little loose. I haven't been using the button very much.

Do you think Apple will bother to help me with this? Or will they say, "It's only a little loose. Sorry".

Omgosh I have the same issue!

I am still in school (only 15 y/o) and every half hour I am checking to see that my phone is on silent so that it doesn't go off in class!

I think Apple will just piss me off though if I go and get it looked at.

im 14 and ive gotten into trouble because of that switch. It switched back to ring in my pocket. It sucks.
