Losing Connection To Songs

I bought an album in iTunes, downloaded to phone, plenty of memory. Worked fine until suddenly it thinks 10 of the 12 songs aren't on the phone and have to be downloaded. Is this just a regular annoyance? I could easily download again but this shouldn't be happening. Gggrrrowlll Hissssssss.
 
Yeah, I've been trying out Apple Music for a few weeks. It seemed to suddenly think that the album wasn't mine but had to be downloaded again from AM again?? To make things even more complicated it happened while the iPhone was plugged into a rental car. Blame Apple or Ford?
