iTunes Sync is the only pain in the a-- of me. Can't select individual items and get warnings that entire library on iPhone will be deleted. I had that resolved now after updating it is back. I have managed to do most manually and don't add a lot.
But, losing tones, custom and some bought ones, is very annoying. Twice in the past I managed to create new customs and get them on phone. Have read several articles on-line. And repurchased to expedite and save my limited time.
I have got input from other members on iMatch and want to know if I use it will I not have this issue anymore. With iMatch do you just not use iTunes anymore. Have read up on it, but haven't seen a in depth guide on using it.
Don't mind spending the money if it resolves my syncing issues.
