Lost 5 years Notes with update. Where are they?

After the 14.1 update all of my notes, years worth are gone. I backup with iExplorer and they're all gone too. What can I do to get them back?

Check in Settings under Notes to make sure you're signed in to all of your accounts and that Notes in toggled on under all accounts.

If you log into iCloud online, do you see the notes?

No. I kept notes on my phone

You said you back them up with iExplorer. How could the backups disappear too?

I updated the iExplorer version and it wipped it out too

Where is iExplorer saving it’s data. That’s probably backed up somewhere, Time Machine or other?
