hello,

today i just noticed i haven't any music of apple music. My music app only have my few old musics i bought from itunes.

In the last months i subscribed apple music and made some playlists with musics from there -> all gone, don't know why.

in my mac i searched in itunes folder and replaced the library with a previously one. everything seems fine in my mac now.

BUT my iphone doesn't download the musics and playlists. i lost all in my iphone? how can i brute force my iphone to re-download the playlists and musics?

i love apple, but in services they are very bad :( with spotify this never happens. :(

It happened to me one time, In Itunes I had to go in ''Edit- Preferences - General - and check ''Icloud Music Library'' and all my music was back.

This has happened to me 3 times. iCloud Music Library keeps turning off by itself. Every time I have go back in and turn it back, wait for all the music to load and then I have to "make available offline" again. I'm on iOS 9.1.

Have you observed that the Music app will not give you back that space? I've had the exact same problem, but all offline music is gone and yet 2 GB have virtually disappeared. When I start marking it as offline again it will start consuming just more space. I've tried enabling/disabling the music library, Apple Music, deleted all songs manually in settings, hard reset. The space is gone and only a restore from backup solves it.

Just want to make sure, you are talking about storage space on iPhone and not iCloud? I have not been tracking, but, now I will. This is not making me want to drop XM and pay for Apple Music. 2 months left of free trial.

Yes, the storage on your iPhone. Some of my space has completely disappeared. It is the third time that this has happened now, all due to this mysterious glitch that disables iCloud Music Library sometimes. Apple Music makes me want to yell, it is so infuriating. I have a 16 GB device and I do notice that lost space. It is so annoying, sometimes I’m on my way and my offline music is just gone. Almost three months and none of my issues have been fixed at all.

I'll have to track. I'll be very angry if that's happening. I am noticing that 1GB is missing from my iCloud storage. I have used only 1.1 GB and it says I only have 2.9 GB available out of 5 GB. That's why I asked my earlier question about where you were missing your storage.
