Lost all my apps!

I ran into a problem recently, I had to restore my iPhone to factory settings and in doing so I lost all my apps. I also got a new computer and don't have my old computer with all my apps on itunes.

Basically I don't have my apps on my iPhone or computer.
Is there any way I can recover my apps using my itunes account?

Ok thats not a problem but I'm wondering if I'm going to have to pay for them again.

Nope, you won't have to. Music is a different story, but apps do not cost to redownload in the same account.

I don't think so. because if u download them on ur iPhone, on the same account that u bought it on. It says you have already bought this app would u like to download it again for free.
