Lost Dashboard Items

For some reason my dashboard has reset and i've lost all of my sticky notes. Is there anyway to restore them from a time machine backup, i.e whats the folder path that they'd be in?

The dashboard preferences are stored in ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dashboard.plist

And the individual widget prefs are in the ~/Library/Preferences/widget-com... files.
