Lost Lion Recovery Disk

Hello,

I upgraded my HDD and moved to a new one transfering diles using super duper.
Now My INTERNAL recovery HD is lost. I did some research and it says that I need to reinstall Lion to get it back. While I do not mind that I do not one to install the updates all the way from 10.7 to 10.7.3

Is there some other way? can I make a 1GB Partition on my HDD and format it to be the recovery HD?
