Lost my Bookmarks

I was using Safari on cellular and the screen went blank. I finally did a hard reset and all of my bookmarks reappeared. This is the first time I have had any trouble with this.

Anyone else have this happen? (using iPhone 6 IOS 8.02)

I lost all my bookmarks too, they came back after i turned on and turned off icloud for safari.
