lost my browser tab in FCE

Hi... im new to these forums but thats besides the point.

recently I purchased a second display for my imac. I started to mess around with arranging my windows (timeline etc) in FCE. I did something and I lost the browser tab. right now I have the Effects tab, timeline, viewer and canvas.
when I log and transfer clips i can't find them because I have no Browser.

please help me

Try the key combo Apple-4
or if it's simply off screen, try...
the Menu: Window->Arrange->Compositing

I once had the browser disppear and could not get it back and finally just gave up and exited and it came back on next launch. I was so frustrated I would have had no idea what to do had it not come back. I hope one of these works for you!
( why Apple even lets you close it is strange to me )
