I cant do anything with this phone without the code. Every time we put in a code that might be the correct one it disables.

Sounds like it's headed for the recycle bin. Unfortunately.

Without the unlock code, the phone is rendered useless.

If it is her phone, she should remember the code she typed in previously.

Restore the phone it will wipe the password then you should be able to login using her iCloud account

Assuming he can remember the iCloud password.

Well if they just updated they would have had to enter the password, so hopefully the memory is not that short. Like others have said, I am surprised she has not had to enter it sooner. From my experience, maybe once a month, it will automatically make you do this.

These threads always reveal the same thing. Hmmm.... waiting for the inevitable disappearing act.

If the phone is backed up to the computer, there is a way to read / see its contents. But I'll not go there. Clearly this phone wasn't meant to be viewed by the OP.

This might be the sign that you and your wife should ease back on the weed.
Thats not funny *******!

It means you reboot the phone into DFU mode and restore the phone to factory default. It would wipe the phone of everything on it.

How can i do the restore if i cant get into this phone?
