Lost the folder icon please help...

In leopard i accidently deleted the folder icon for "downloads" and "documents" when moving them to my external hard drive. The icon is also not on my external Hard Drive and it's not in the trash so How do I get them back?

Thank you but your file is just a white icon and when I drag it over the folder on i it just turns into that icon and not the download icon.

Apple are really difficult because something like this should be easy.

This is the problem...

This is the exact problem please download attachment. I want to get the original icon for the download folder as I deleted it by accident.

Delete the replacement folders and reboot. I think they'll come back.

Ok, well it was worth a shot.
Try this, make a replacement Downloads folder. Get Info, click on the icon and Cut (Cmd-X) it. That work?
