I'm relatively new to this but I hope someone can help. I have a macbook 10.4.1.1 Tiger installed and it crashed . I tried many things but wasn't able to repair the disk . Now I've booted my macbook from an external hard drive after formatting it in guid and installing OSX on the external hard drive. Now I've tried to copy over the files from the macbook harddrive to the external but there is no files in the user account, but it shows on the window that there is 120 GB used from the macbook hard drive . How can I access the file to copy them over? I don't want to accept that I've lost all the photos and files just yet
