Lost Web Clip Function of Plus + Symbol

Tapping on plus symbol at top of Safari no longer offers the choice of Save to Home Page. Only options are Bookmark and Email Link. Works fine on my iPhone 3GS and used to work on this iPad; I have a couple of shortcuts saved from the first week I had this iPad (April 3rd.) Does anyone have an idea what's wrong and/or how to fix? I figure the upcoming OS upgrade will probably fix it but it's bothering me now. 😉

For anyone who's interested or comes up against this situation, it seems that when all spots on all home screens are filled, the Add to Home Page function puts itself on hold. With iPad's current OS it's easy to run into this due to not being able to organize using folders. After the awaited OS upgrade the limitation will cease to exist.

Since all of my Home screens are filled, I deleted an app that I don't use much in order to accomplish what I wanted. Problem solved. 🙂
