Lostmode and accidently removed iPhone from iCloud.

Hey.
I'm having a problem with my iPhone 4 iOS 7.
I wanted to erase my device from iCloud in order to reset it. However after i resetted it, I noticed that the phone went into lost mode.
I have both erased my device, and putted it into lostmode, and now I can't remove the lostmode.
Any help is appreciated.

It's just saying to call my number, and yes I do have the phone in my hand.
When i swipe i enter langue and country but after, I can do nothing.
When connect it to iTunes, it just says that i have to lock up the sim, but I can't in lostmode.
The phone says i need to connect it to iTunes.
