Lot's o' Problems (entourage and newsfire)

First we'll start with Microsoft Entourage, which does not want to communicate with my schools exchange server all of a sudden, yet it gives me no indications that anything could be wrong. Also, some toolbar graphics are missing, and are replaced with...well, I'l just show you:

Second is NewsFire. Worked fine until a couple days ago. Now it won't show anything, but it still tells me how many items are in a particular RSS feed. Again, a picture says 1,000 words:

Any help would be appreciated.

when i set mine up at school i had to change the port. have you tried that?

i think it is in preferences, i had to change the port number i was using for outgoing messages. before i did that i could not send e-mails using my school e-mail.
