LOUD alert for no reason?

Has anyone had their iPhone X make a really loud alert for no reason? It happened to two of my phones. I just unboxed them, turned them on, didnt go thru setup yet. I was just inspecting them and wiping them down and then this really really loud, like amber alert loud, alert when off for like 10 seconds and the power button would not stop it.

Any ideas?

Not sure where you are located. There was an amber alert in So Cal about then

ugh, then that was it. guess they work even before setting up the phone.
