Louis Vuitton Monogram Hard Case for 6 Plus

Just got the Louis Vuitton Monogram Hard Case for iPhone 6 Plus.

Now I know this isn't for everyone nor is the price, but it's a luxury brand and priced so. I fully understand the price is absurd to many but I did want to share my photos for the small percentage that might be interested as it was hard for me to find anything online about it.

It's been sold out for awhile but finally found one locally.

Overall I really like the case/sleeve as I was looking for something that felt high end. Adds little bulk, fits snug yet easy to slip in and out.

As an LV petit message bag and LV wallet toter, I'm a fan of their stuff...but this...this just screams guido, or at the very least those greasy mediterranean guys done up in Armani and a can of crisco in their hair that holler at you as you walk by their kiosk in the mall...

a more subtle pattern might do the trick.
 
Thanks for sharing! You've already explained how this case is not for everyone and yet people still find other ways to insult your choice. You do you dude. Glad you enjoy your purchase! I think it looks damn classy.
 
The construction and fit remind me of my Braun 4835 calculator from the 80's. The calculator slides in and out with precision and it stays in when the case is held upside down.

Turn off the targeted ads in your Google profile. That way instead of looking at LV ads, you can look at orange juice ads or whatever? Cause that is more appealing to you, right?
Or maybe you should vent your anger at MacRumors for having ads on this website in the first place.

I know it is easy to blame Google for everything, but sometimes you need to stop and think.

Not exactly to my taste, but it looks to be very well made, and may you long enjoy the pleasure of owning it, and using it, OP.

Hah! Thanks for the reply. I'm a creative director working in the fashion industry for 10 years now so I'm pretty content with my fashion sense. If homie thinks this is guido look, that's all good. People just love to hate, especially in my industry so I've grown a thick skin.

But yea, lots of compliments on the case so far. Not like I'm holding it up to my ear, but in meetings and appointments, people seem to just gravitate towards it. Unfortunately, some think its ok to just grab the phone/case.
 
To be honest I'm surprised it doesn't cost more than the phone itself, considering it's LV, but I don't live in the US so they might cost twice as much here.

What's the material like inside?
