In a nutshell I don't think you can go wrong with:
Pages
Numbers (not tried it but if it's as good as Pages...)
Reeder - easily the best RSS reader
River of News - 2nd to Reeder
DropBox
Goodreader

I also recommend PasteBot - lets's you store snippets from your clipboard to use later in your Pages documents or anywhere else you want to paste

I would highly recommend MobileRSS HD for the iPad. I have about 8 that I'm testing and this one is still the best.

Also, yes. Pages is simply fantastic.
I'd recommend WordPress, but I've NEVER been able to get it to work.

Pinball HD
Infinity Blade, fo sho!

Awesome Note is out for the iPad now, and it looks good.

I'd recommend Pulp from Acrylic (formerly known as Times) as an awesome RSS reader for the iPad.

It has a really slick newspaper UI, and is very easy to use :)

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_0_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8A306 Safari/6531.22.7)

Docs to go is prob the best. I've used it tons and never crashes.
