Just have to give kudos to my new Apple Store in town - the genius bar folks there are awesome! I bought a new MBP two weeks ago and discovered the lid didn't close tightly because the catch was off. I took it in and they ordered the part. Then they called me after I dropped off my computer and said they wanted to exchange it for a new one. Well, today I did the exchange even outside the 14 day policy, and they got my AppleCare plan transferred for me, all my programs transferred, and even re- set up my network. Way cool of them. They really took care of me and I am even happier now that I switched over from PC. In talking to them, I discovered that all of my genius bar folks had transfered from other stores, which may have had a lot to do with their knowledge over the standard rep. Couldn't get any iphone info out of them tho.
