I have the 2.3 and I am really loving this computer. The only problem I have noticed is that the body/chassis makes a clicking/creaking sound when moved. The sound is as if the screws are slightly loose. If I push down lightly on the front sides of the computer it makes the sound as well. Does anyone else have a similar problem?

Yes, I've had this on my end 2010 Macbook Pro also. It's nothing to worry about as far as I know but it's indeed a bit annoying. It sounds like a harddrive thing or something

Not a hard-drive sound more like the chassis/body isn't tight enough? its not terrible though. just dont want it to get worse. I do have apple care.

If it bothers you, just return it. You paid a lot for your MBP and you should expect it to be of flawless quality. Creaking sounds shouldn't happen in expensive laptops.
