Either I’m missing something very simple, or its bugged. Can’t seem to change my alarm volume on my iPhone X. Anyone else experiencing this?

not sure if this is the problem but..

if you’re looking at the phone when the alarm goes off, it will be quieter.

test it without looking at the phone.

——-
otherwise, how are trying to change the volume?

Apparently volume on your alarm will diminish when you look at it, which make sense rather than fumble for the volume keys when the klaxon horn is blasting away! I haven't checked, but I am sure there are settings for that.

Think that’s the problem, thanks.

It was low, I changed the volume, and when I created a test alarm it was still low because the phone was unlocked.

Huh, I didn't know that. Just tried it, and it was full-volume, then dropped dramatically when it looked at it.

Thanks!
