Is it just lens flare?

A few reviews have mentioned that lens flare and orbs around lights during low light shows are more prominent than they’ve previously been.

So this is normal with taking photos of something like the bright moon at night or if you get the sun in the frame during the day,Well I just do not remember my iPhone 11 doing this, I guess I have to make a decision whether to stick with the 12 or return it and go back a 11,Has anybody with the iPhone 12 pro seen this or not,Is there any fix for it.I really like the 12 for the 5g because of the speed, and it seems to take pretty good photos except for the lens flare issue if that’s what it’s called with bright light.Again Thanks for the info
