Hi

I have my iPhone4 running iOS 5.1.1 and jailbroken.

Lately I have found that with all background applications closed, my available memory is as low as 230MB (Used to be around 330 or 320MB).

Moreover, some applications are crashing while I'm using them, like FB, without a clear reason.

Using SBSettings to free up memory, the springboard usually crashes on the 2nd attempt to free up memory specially if it follows the first attempt directly.

I also noticed that after trying to free up memory the available memory goes down to 105MB for example then in a couple of seconds, it goes back to 230 or 220MB.

I suspected 2 programs that I installed lately, one is ClockWind by BigBoss and the other was really not a trustworthy one. I uninstalled both and rebooted the phone but still have the same issues.

I didn't install anything else other than those programs and a couple of updates for Smurfs and some other applications that I can't remember now.

How can I check for processes running in the background to know which of them are using the greater % of memory ?

Any other suggestions other than a fresh iOS installation ?
