How much more battery would I get with this enabled at the beginning? Basically when I am charged 100% I mean.

It would be hard to know because i guess most people keep it off here. I tried in iphone 5-6-6s-8 era, but not anymore.
Battery saver turns of all the niceties of iphone and i care about push of my emails and other etc stuff that needs to work in the background.

using low power mode on a fully charged battery will extend the usable life a few hours before it’s dead
