After I use Siri, the lock screen sound and unlock sound is low, as well as notification volume. Anyone else have this problem?

Same here. Same JB scenario. Didn't notice before installing 'AssistantExtensions', but removing that package does not resolve the issue.
Are you both using LockInfo by any chance? I'm going to strip the device and find the offending package. Could of course just be Absinthe, and I'd waste my time, but rather know.

Ha it also been noticed that you can't turn your volume all the way down using the buttons? I still get one little block left.. Annoying!

I use lockinfo and I haven't see any volume issues regarding Siri. I'll report back if I experience this bug though.
Do you have the tweak that has Siri always listening in the background? If you do, that is the problem and simply uninstalling it would fix the problem.
