iPhone LS Perfection music bar

sorry if noob question but is it possible to get rid of the black bar when playing music? I want to keep the forecast and clock but when i;m playing music, it is rather annoying seeing a black bar on top. the black bar only shows when music is playing, not with the forecast and clock

also, when I receive a text, it covers the LS Perfection clock, is it possible to move it a bit down or up? thanks!

Clock Hide, you can find it in cydia for free

Wouldn't that hide the forecast and clock though and the transparent clock doesnt work :/
