Hi!

Bought MBA 13 256gb standard model with samsung lcd panel, was thinking i am lucky - cool nice panel, however after working for an hour or so realised, that colors are quite offset. Did some calibration work, and came up with smth very good in my opinion compared to stock. I attach color profile file for LSN133BT01A02 panel, for information how to use it pls google or search this forum

comments are welcome :)

Do you have Samsung LCD?

Maybe it is individual panel specific, but for mine it looks very good if compared to stock yellowish washed out

did some more calibration in daylight, file attached

icc in first post is good for room light/evening/night

Here are a couple of dozen profiles that I have collected over the time I had my three MacBook Air's. Depending upon the screen manufacturer, some will look better than others.

As you know, this is extremely subjective to the end user but these should give a reference point when calibrating your own screens.

With my 11', 2013 Air with the LG display, I found that the profile I used for my 2012 11" Air was still a bit better to my eyes.

Thanks m8

in mean time did boot camp install of windows 8, there default colors were perfect and screen looked almost as good as retina, weird....., nevertheless after putting some bitlocker on win8 (very very bad idea), everything crashed (win messed up partition table), hence spent last 4 hours recovering and back to osx only mode ;) Thumbs up to Apple for easy process of recovery

I also just got a 2015 with this panel in it and haven't had much luck in the way of finding decent calibrations. Anybody else found anything for this specific panel?
