LTE in Seattle Area

Hello all,

Anyone have the new iPad with LTE in the Seattle area? What speeds are you getting on either Verizon or AT&T? Thanks.
 
Where in Seattle are you? I've had great luck with AT&T there, pulling 7-11 Mbps off their HSPA+ network around U District.
 
I'm not there, but might be moving there this summer. So I wanted to see what speeds you guys are getting, and whether AT&T or Verizon is better for the new iPad.
