whats holding Apple Watch back from integrating LTE into the watch? It'd be really nice to be able to not need to have my phone constantly with me when I'm out and about.

LTE radio/antenna integration, battery life, extra cell plan (I don't want to pay extra to have a redundant device on my cell plan) or .......

what would you rather have, a sim slot or a battery? because a nanosim slot + circuitry is almost the same size as the AW battery...

How does the LG Watch Urbane LTE pull it off? It doesn't seem THAT enormous and ugly...

The Urbane LTE uses an antenna in its wrist band.

The Apple Watch also puts aside interior space for its crown encoder, speaker, and linear actuator (haptics).

Wonder if the Apple Watch's hidden port includes the ability to have a wrist band with another radio.
