Hi,

Has anyone else noticed the bonkers update to the refurb store? The list of products in the MBP section now does not include RAM or storage...

So right now, there are 33 MBP 13" for sale, with only price, processor and colour showing. No filtering by RAM or storage either. So if I want a MBP with 8 Gb of RAM and 512 Gb storage I have to open up every single one of them to find out if it meets my specifications or not...

Really, Apple? Really? Why? WTF?!

Agreed.....Was wondering if I was the only one. Definitely NOT an upgrade.

Send them a Feedback complaint.
They actually read them lol
Who knows if they ever read them, but I sent feedback before I posted here...

Though it is hard to choose what your are giving feedback on. I couldn't see an option to provide feedback on their website, so chose to send it to MacBook Pro, since that was what I was looking at at the time.

The feedback options were:

Mac
MacBook
MacBook Air
MacBook Pro
iMac
iMac Pro
Mac Pro
Mac mini
Mac Accessories
Magic Mouse
iPhone
iPad
iPod touch
Apple Watch
Apple TV
HomePod
AirPods
iOS Apps
(Big list of apps)
macOS Apps
(Another big list of apps)
iCloud
iCloud
Pages
Numbers
Keynote
Apple Music
Apple Pay
Apple School Manager

Missed that this was about refurbs.

Actually, it is a bit funny in that people are always trying to simplify listings and this takes it that step too far. Maybe they were thinking that it was fair to assume that the higher the price the faster the processor and the more RAM. In any case, does make looking for a refurb a pain.
