Luminar today does not have any functions to match Lr's Library, Map, Book, Slideshow, Print or Web modules. The should have their DAM out this year which should could be close to the Lr Library.
Compared to LR's Develop module Luminar does not have: the ability to use a DCP file specific to your camera for color accuracy, luminosity masking, color range masking, good edge aware brush and eraser, auto lens corrections (and especially for m43 shooters...lens correction based on raw file data), pano creator, HDR creator (that is in Aurora), and the ability to send a "smart object" to Photoshop.
