M-Audio Sonica theatre+iMac intel problem

i have imac with intel cpu
and error is:
the m-audio sonica theatre could not be

make sure thate the sonica theatre usb devide is connected to a usb port on this mac and thate the sonica theatre driver are correctly installed on your current startup disk

thats when i click m audio icon at the dock

syst.preferences m-audio sonica theatre icon click:
preferences error

You cannot open M-Audio Sonica Theater preferences pane on this computer. Contact the developer of this software for a newer version.

Same problem... Bitterly disappointed and the only reply I got was this:

At present there is no support for this product for Intel Mac systems however please keep checking our http://www.m-audio.com website for updates on this situation

I'm holding thumbs that the recent Leopard release will get things back on track for M-Audio: http://www.m-audio.com/news/en_us-1045.html

But I won't hold my breath!
