Here is how,
I came across a website m.freemyapps.com (open with mobile safari on your ios devices). What you have to do is collect credits by downloading sponsor apps and run the apps for at least 30s, in return you will get credits that can be redeemed with a selection of paid apps from apple appstore. This is not a spam, it does works. At least for me, iphone 4s user, i can have a couple paid apps for free while waiting for the jb to be released.
