Microsoft Office does not need kernel extensions in the first place.

Have you tried running Office under a 64-bit kernel?

Kernel extensions or KEXTs work with hardware like USB controllers, sound cards, graphics cards, etc. Software is not affected.

Very very few programs need kernel extensions. It's generally something that programmers stay away from at all costs (debugging code that crashes your entire system when you mess up is not fun at all, having users yell at you about it is even less fun).

So what feature are you looking for in K64 that you need to worry about office not running?
