M1 and a projector - weird issue.

Hi, when I connect my MBA M1 to a projector via hdmi and satechi hub the signal get through but no content/app shows. Basically I can see my empty desktop but when I star up whatever app it does not show.

Is there a setting or some other stuff I need to do?

I just posted this and right aways thought of this....i did not have a chance to check it but it might work 😀

Projector shows desktop wallpaper, no apps or data

Greetings, New 13" MBP, Mini Display Adapter to VGA cable VGA to M1 on HP projector. Projector displays desktop wallpaper but not windows or icons. F3 screen displays correctly through projector but selection of desktop with wallpaper reverts to wallpaper only display from projector...
