M1 Chip cannot using screen mirroring？

I try to connect the m1 Mac mini to my Apple TV 4K but didn’t work, and backed to login screen. I tried resetting Mac mini and restarting Apple TV, still not working. I can connect my MacBook Pro and iPhone to Apple TV normally, so it’s Mac mini’s problem.
I’m not sure it just happened to my Mac mini or any other Mac with m1 chips. Anyone have both m1 Mac and Apple TV could have a test?

I had tonnes of issues with my 2017 MBP 13" nTB screwing up randomly when trying to mirror to Apple TV 4K back when I had it. It really crushed all of my dreams I had for the AirDisplay functionality and it 'just working'. I'm sure a classic cocktail of loggin out / logging in / wiping and restoring the Mac / wiping and restoring the TV at great time expense will 'fix' it for a while, but it doesn't sound like an M1 specific issue to me, just one annoying typical suspect we all have had... :-/

I mirrored to my Samsung tv with built in Apple TV/Air Play. No issues.

Just did an AirPlay session with my 4K tv (Roku TV w/ AirPlay upgrade). No issues!

might not be the same issue, I don't have Apple TV to try. When I tried using sidecar for iPad it didn't work, had to sign out of iCloud on iPad and back in and it worked. I know its not sidecar issue you are having, just wondering if you try the same on the Apple TV? I think its a big sur issue some people are having with connecting/mirroring screens. some work fine, some don't.

The solution is simple. I figured it out for a month LOL.

The name for your Apple TV should be strictly in English. Otherwise, it will crash.

like do you have example name? i have issues with macbook pro m1 airplays with blank screen to Sony Bravia latest tv. I think i m getting the sound not video.
