Recently received my yellow m1 iMac and loving it! upgraded from a 2012 MacBook Pro but I am looking to find a riser for it. I have always liked the grovemade woods ones but expensive and I am in Canada and walnut with yellow I am unsure of. I see that ikea has a fairly cheap one don't love how it looks but considering it.

What are you guys using? what other good options are out there I have tried searching around and haven't seen anything overly compelling.

probably 2.5-4 inches

going to check out twelve south!
Cool. The issue with the iMac is the weight, so going with a reputable brand that builds specifically for them - like TwelveSouth - would be the way to go. There are loads of risers on Amazon, for example, but they're mostly no-name brands from China. I did find a very nice aluminium one that goes with my MBA and BookArc, but it was for my LG 4K display (which has an aluminium stand too), which is actually very light. Several reviews mentioned iMacs causing the riser to bow over time.

Just something to be aware of!

I just received mine and I find the height perfect. Maybe even a little too high. It's basically as high as my old 27" screen. I'm 6" tall (180cm)
