My use case is:

-writing emails and docs
-watching movies before sleep
-surfing the net (non-mobile website versions)
-bank transfers
-running a woocommerce website
-Photoshop
its itching me to go iPad only, ...but is it wise?

Wait for wwdc in June. With That hardware there must be some gamechanging upgrade to software. It will make it easier for you to make this decision.

The entry level iPad should be able to do most if not all of these tasks easily. Get an iPad and test it out during the return period - nothing beats real life experience.

iPad can do all those things perfectly fine. Go for it!
