M1 Mac Mini - three monitors possible?

Looking for hints and tips (and links to UK-available hardware if necessary) to get three monitors running off my M1 Mini - 1 @4K the other two at 2K. Really need a three monitor setup - the side monitors are only small for the various collar tools I use for work so I don't need 4K for them.
