I'm considering getting the M1 Mac Mini but need either 2 displays or an ultrawide monitor. I'm thinking about getting 2 of the LG 32" UltraFine (32UL950-W). I'm reading conflicting posts and wondering if anyone has any real world experience if this setup is working for them. Thanks!

I seems the Mac Mini cannot support it because the LG are Thunderbolt. The Mac mini supports only 1 USB-C/Thunderbolt monitor + 1 HDMI.

I’d look into Dell U3219Q instead.

The M1 Macs support Thunderbolt so that is not a problem.

The displays support DisplayPort and HDMI and USB-C alternatives, so you should be able to connect one to USB-C/Thunderbolt and one to HDMI.

The displays are 4K so the M1 Mac should be able to use it without problems.

If there's a problem with Thunderbolt connection as reported by some, then maybe a Thunderbolt connection to a Thunderbolt dock may help? Or use a USB-C to DisplayPort cable.

This person was able to use the 32UL950-W with an M1 Mac mini Thunderbolt port:
