Hello, so I bought the m1 MacbookPro because i couldn't wait for the newer 14" version.
And i've been satisfied with the performance and battery life.
But 1 thing bugs me a lot.
i find the screen brightness on this MacbookPro M1 is quite bad.
i choose this MacbookPro over Macbook Air because apple said that MacbookPro has brighter panels
but compared to my iphone 12 pro, ipad pro M1, even ipad air , this MacbookPro screen feels like "dimmed"
i turn up the brightness to max, and i use it in indoor enviroment, and still most of the time i feel the screen should have been brighter.
DOes anybody else feels the same ?

Maybe you should post in the MacBook pro forum. But iphone 12 pro can do 800nits vs 500 nits, so not surprising it is brighter.

There's a setting that dims the display somewhat in order to save battery life, and you can change the color profile too. Any chance one of these two things help you out?
