M1 Max is 32 GB RAM enough for editing 4x4k video 4x0,7TB?

Hello, I need profi advise. One my friend editor want to buy Macbook Pro M1 Max and we are discussing if 32 GB is enough or he needs 64 GB.
He thinks that 64 GB is a must for this content:

- filming on 4x black magic cameras in 6k resolution
- these 4 shots are edited in multicam DavinCi Resolve
- every shot has like 3hours and 700 GB and are edited

32GB will be enough if you use render/smart cache. If you're trying to load long clips into RAM without cache then 64GB.
