M1 MBA - which USB-C hub to buy?

My new M1 MacBook Air is arriving this week (very exciting!!).

I was wondering what USB-C docks/hubs people recommend?

I’ve seen this one which says it’s compatible with the 2020 MBA but unsure if that also means the M1 models?:

it's got a lot of different types of ports, but do you need all those different types? Or would would you be better off with a hub that has fewer different types of ports but more of the type you need?
