If I buy a new MacBook Pro 14/16 with M1 Pro or M1 Max - how would I go about hooking up a display with 4K/5K and 100/120Hz using DisplayPort?

Found this on Reddit, good table of resolution, refresh rate, and bit color depth and what bandwidth it associates to.
