Fingerprintgaters enjoy. I don't care. I purposely don't wipe it. :D

How I did it:

Parallels 17.1
Windows 11
Install Origin
Install Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge
Install CnCNet (https://cncnet.org/)
Full PvP Online play enabled.

Enjoy!

What other games have you tried on there? I'm really curious if Apex Legends would run on it and what FPS it would get.

Yuri's Revenge is my all time favorite game and I still play with a group of friends weekly. I installed Planet Coaster for macOS also and it runs great of course. I doubt I will install any more games in Parallels though.

Unfortunately 3D games in parallel won’t be practical with some exceptions. A better solution would be emulating x86 cpu with good performance. Still, being able to run RA2 on M2 is pretty cool.

agreed. I have gaming machines but I thought it would be cool to have my favorite RTS on it. It didn't work on the M1 macbook air. maybe it was parallels, windows 10, the m1, big sur, or cncnet but I could never get it to run. It runs silky smooth in a tight 1920x1200 video mode on the m2 in windows 11.

I may install some Dosbox games later if I get bored. I am all installed out now.. need to rest for a bit. still got 730GB left so the main problem of my M1 has been solved. space. :D
