M2 MBA 15” 256GB SSD 2 chips or 1?

I typically buy the lowest storage option, but felt like I had to upgrade to 512gb due to the downgrade from 2 SSD chips to one 256gb chip in the base model. Have any reviews mentioned what the SSD situation is with the 15? I’m assuming it’s the same as the 13, but just wanted to make sure before upgrading storage that I don’t absolutely need.

I'd say 99% it's the same as the 13-inch model, so the storage should be same. It doesn't have Wi-Fi 6E, while $599 M2 Mac mini does. This suggests the logic board was carried over from the 13-inch.

It’s the same as the 13” model. If you’re doing video editing where you’re transferring large files, then get the storage upgrade. if not, there’s no difference in how it works in regular usage
