M2 MBA 16gb RAM + 512gb SSD Available in Store?

As the title suggests. Is the M2 MacBook Air with 16gb or RAM and 512gb SSD available in store? I'm looking to walk in and pick one up with this spec.

On the Apple store (UK) website that spec is delivered in just over a week.

UK reseller has almost every spec in stock also, maybe try your local reseller.

I'm leaving on a trip and was hoping to walk in and pick one up. If I spec one out online, it won't ship until after the trip unfortunately.

Another option, the refurb store has M2 mbp (in UK), but no Air's currently, delivered on Wednesday.

I just came across that today and it only works on macOS as far as I can tell. Is anyone able to run this for me to show stock in Portland, OR stores? I'm using a Windozzze PC. All the more reason to upgrade.

Right, it's for macOS only and I assumed you already had a mac to run it. Unfortunately I'm on Catalina so perhaps someone else can help you with this.

Based on my experience, the M2 MBA 16gb/512gb is the most popular model. So good luck trying to get one of those with simply walking in.

The M2 MBA 16gb/1TB is more available in general.

I agree that the 16gb/512gb is likely the most popular model (at least with the MacRumors crowd) but I don't think that Apple stocks the MBA in this config, it's always a BTO.

That said, maybe you can call or go to the store and check. They might have one because someone returned it, unopened. I had two configs that where BTO and returned them both to the Apple Store near me unopened. I presume they could just turn around and sell them as they weren't touched.

If I were in your situation I'd do that, otherwise I'd consider the 16gb/1tb model.

I'm looking to get it before this weekend before a trip, but that's not looking like it's going to happen.

Try building the configuration and toggle the power adapter options to see if you can find one using the pickup in store. Or call your local stores each morning. US stores do get some BTO models My sister lucked out and found in store. You’re likely going to be limited on colors tho.
