After getting my M4 MBA back from Apple on Monday just gone (screen replaced due to the marks that could be seen under the glass); I can now no longer use ApplePay as it states "ApplePay has been disabled because the security settings of this Mac were modified"

I've Googled this and tried everything I've seen/read about rectifying it, but getting nowhere

Has anyone experienced this and if so, any suggestions/advice before I speak to Apple Support?
 
It sounds like they maybe replaced the TouchID sensor or something and it’s not registered to that machine properly? I would not waste any more of my own time figuring it out. It's under AppleCare so just take it back to Apple and get them to fix/replace it.
