Hi,
Anyone has a number or an estimate about how many transitor the new m4 pro and max have? Apple did told us about the base m4 transistor count, but I didn't find anything related to the pro chips.

Thanks

OK I'll have a guess for the M4 Pro Max. The M2 Max had 68 billion. The M2 has 20 billion. The M4 has 28 billion. So a 40% increase. So 1.4 x 68 = 95 billion for the M4 Max.

Keep in mind that a lot of the transistors on any modern SoC are cache and with these latest nodes, SDRAM no longer scales like it used to, and like logic still does.
